For years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of luxury hospitality, climbing the corporate ladder and pushing myself to new heights. Success was the goal, but burnout was the reality. The exhaustion, the stress, the feeling of never truly being “off”… it started to take a toll.

I knew something had to change.

That’s when I began my own wellness journey, one that led me to redefine success, reclaim my energy, and create a sustainable way to excel without sacrificing myself in the process.
